Individual coached sessions can be booked by athletes looking to have some coaching input, without necessarily looking for a full programme.

The sessions cover but are not limited to:

 

Swimming Sessions: stroke correction, technique and training methods.

 

Bike Sessions: technique, pedalling action, training methods & power utilisation.

 

Run Sessions: biomechanics, running volume, training methods and the use of heart rate.

 

Strength/Nutrition (general overview) *we are not S&C coaches or Nutritionists. We speak from personal experience in these departments. 

 

Each discipline takes roughly 2 hours to cover.

Depending on time available we can cover a single sport or all 3 disciplines.
