Apex Coaching first opened for business in 2005, and have been serving Chester, and the rest of the UK ever since.

Apex Coaching offer a full range of services, ranging from individual coaching to working with large organisations with a common, simple goal; to help people of all ages and backgrounds to achieve their true potential, from school age through career management and beyond. 

I find that my consultancy experience in coaching, business and education, financial planning, ISO and recruitment helps me to understand clients' issues and provide timely advice and support.

In addition I am an Associate with Young Enterprise, a Mentor with NWDA Mentoring, Trustee with the Bren Project Charity, and a former Chair with Chartered Management Institute.

Qualifications include MBA, Diploma in Coaching, Personal Performance Coaching, Executive Coaching; Accelerated Learning, Financial Planning Certificate and PTLLS

I also have enhanced CRB & ACPO clearance, and actively promote positive environment, health & safety, and equality & diversity policies
